We work hard to deliver fresh, delicious food and excellent service every time.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully:
1. Food Orders
Once a food order is prepared and delivered, it cannot be returned.
However, if there is a problem with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality issue), please contact us immediately.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You received the wrong order.
An item was missing from your order.
The food delivered was spoiled or not up to standard.
Important:
You must report the issue within 1 hour of receiving your order.
You must provide proof (such as photos) if requested.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment (if applicable).
In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer a replacement or a discount on your next order.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling us directly.
Once the food preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. No Refunds in Certain Cases
We will not be able to provide a refund in the following cases:
Delay caused due to wrong address or customer unavailability.
Change of mind after the order is confirmed.
Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance of dishes.
Complaints raised after 1 hour of delivery.
