1. Food Orders

  • Once a food order is prepared and delivered, it cannot be returned.

  • However, if there is a problem with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality issue), please contact us immediately.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong order.

  • An item was missing from your order.

  • The food delivered was spoiled or not up to standard.

Important:

  • You must report the issue within 1 hour of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof (such as photos) if requested.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment (if applicable).

  • In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer a replacement or a discount on your next order.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling us directly.

  • Once the food preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. No Refunds in Certain Cases

We will not be able to provide a refund in the following cases:

  • Delay caused due to wrong address or customer unavailability.

  • Change of mind after the order is confirmed.

  • Minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance of dishes.

  • Complaints raised after 1 hour of delivery.
